Role Summary
We are looking for a part-time professional to support our founder in handling leads, follow-ups, client communication, meeting coordination, and sales support activities.
The main goal of this role is to make sure that no lead goes cold due to missed follow-ups and that all active opportunities are properly tracked and moved forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact new leads through phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn where required
- Follow up with warm and pending leads regularly
- Qualify leads using basic discovery questions
- Schedule meetings between leads and founder
- Send meeting reminders and ensure attendance
- Maintain lead tracker / CRM with accurate updates
- Record client requirements, objections, and next steps
- Follow up on proposals, quotations, decisions, and payments
- Coordinate internally with founder on priorities and urgent lead actions
- Share daily updates and weekly pipeline summaries
- Support basic client relationship management after meetings
Required Skills

- Ability to maintain records and update trackers properly

Preferred Qualifications
- 1 to 4 years of experience in:
- inside sales
- telesales
- business development
- customer support
- client servicing
- sales coordination
- Experience in B2B services, software, agency, tech, AI, or digital business preferred
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, Excel, WhatsApp Business, Gmail, CRM tools, and meeting scheduling tools
Working Model
- Part-time
- Remote / hybrid depending on candidate
- Flexible timing, but should ensure timely lead response and follow-up completion
