Role Overview
As the Sales Executive for White Label Solutions & Web Terminal at OVAGO, you will own the
full top-of-funnel sales cycle. From identifying target firms and mapping key stakeholders to
crafting personalized outreach, booking demos, and delivering value-driven pitches ,you are the
engine of our customer acquisition strategy.
You will work directly with Vinay to shape go-to-market messaging, refine the ideal customer
profile, and build a repeatable sales playbook that scales as the team grows. Your voice will be
heard in KIVORK. Your numbers will tell the story.
Core Responsibilities
A. Research & Prospecting
• Research and build a targeted list of firms that would benefit from OVAGO’s White
Label Solution and Web Terminal.
• Identify the right decision-makers (CTOs, VPs of Product, Heads of Engineering,
Business Development leads) within each target firm.
• Use tools like LinkedIn, Claude, RocektReach, industry databases, News Articles ,
, and creative channels to source and qualify leads.
• Maintain a meticulously organized CRM pipeline in ClickUp , with notes, follow-up dates,
and engagement history.
B. Outreach & Engagement
• Craft highly personalized, compelling cold emails and follow-up sequences that grab
attention and spark curiosity.
• Schedule and conduct discovery calls to understand prospect pain points and map them
to Triprobotics solutions.
• Follow up relentlessly and provide weekly updates on your Outreach.
C. Demo & Value Proposition Delivery
• Set up and coordinate product demonstrations with qualified prospects, bringing in
technical support when needed.
• Present Ovago’s White Label Solution and Web Terminal with passion, clarity, and a
customer-first mindset.
• Tailor the value proposition to each prospect’s specific needs, showing them exactly how
Ovago’s accelerates their go-to-market.
• Handle objections with confidence and convert skeptics into believers.
D. Relationship Building & Pipeline Management
• Build genuine, trust-based relationships with prospects you are not just selling, you are
creating partnerships.
• Own and manage the sales pipeline from first touch to handoff, ensuring zero leakage.
• Provide weekly pipeline reports with honest assessments of deal health, blockers, and
next steps.
• Collaborate with teams on the ground to iterate on messaging, positioning, and sales
collateral based on field feedback.
