Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Trivandrum. The role will involve identifying and generating leads, developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing accounts to ensure satisfaction and growth. The Business Development Executive will also deliver clear communication to understand client needs and present suitable solutions, supporting the academy’s mission to expand its footprint in the cybersecurity education domain.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through calls, social media, referrals, and campaigns
• Counsel students and explain course details (Cybersecurity programs)
• Convert leads into admissions by effective follow-ups
• Maintain and update CRM with lead details and status
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with the operations and training team for smooth onboarding
• Conduct demo sessions / webinars if required
• Build strong relationships with students and parents
• Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
