Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Noida. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing key accounts. The Business Development Executive will engage with partners to build strong relationships, develop strategies to drive growth, and contribute to meeting the company’s business objectives. The candidate will also focus on achieving sales targets and maintaining excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure growth opportunities.
- Experience in Business and Account Management to ensure seamless collaboration with partners and stakeholders.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and negotiate effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and an understanding of the travel industry are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
