Role Description

We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) for the US IT staffing domain.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in US staffing who can generate leads, build client relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US IT staffing market
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Generate leads and convert them into active requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client needs
• Negotiate terms and ensure successful deal closures

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience (mandatory) in US IT Staffing / Sales
• Strong communication and client interaction skills
• Good understanding of the US staffing process
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
