We’re hiring a Business Development Executive – Russia at OctaSence.
At OctaSence, we are building AI-powered infrastructure intelligence solutions focused on preventing catastrophic failures across sectors like mining, dams, tunnels, and critical civil infrastructure.
As we expand globally, we are looking for someone who can lead and drive our presence in the Russian market.
This role is exclusively focused on Russia, requiring strong local understanding, communication skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with industry stakeholders.
Role Details:
● Full-time role
● Remote (Russia-focused)
What you’ll be doing:
● Identifying and connecting with potential clients across mining, infrastructure, and industrial sectors
● Leading outreach and conversations in both Russian and English
● Building and nurturing relationships with decision-makers and technical teams
● Supporting market entry efforts and contributing insights on the Russian business landscape
● Working closely with the founding team to shape growth strategy in the region
What we’re looking for:
● Russian citizenship (mandatory)
● Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written)
● Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
● Strong communication and relationship-building skills
● Interest in business development, technology, or industrial sectors
● A proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
