We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented business development executive/tech sales executive with experience in mobile app development, sales and IT services sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, handling client interactions, understanding technical requirements, and closing deals for mobile applications, software solutions, and technology services. This is a full-cycle sales role where the candidate will independently manage the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for mobile app development, web development, custom software, gaming, AI/ML, and digital solutions.
- Prospect and connect with clients through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, Upwork, Clutch, Freelancer, and other business platforms.
- Understand client technical requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams for solution discussions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, cost estimations, and commercial quotations.
- Lead client meetings, negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closures.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
- Ensure smooth project transition from sales to the delivery team.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in IT services, sales/tech sales/business development.
- Strong experience in mobile app development and sales is mandatory.
- Good understanding of web development, SaaS, or software development services.
- Proven experience in handling B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical project requirements and communicate effectively with development teams.
- Experience working with international clients is preferred.
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
