Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting digital marketing and fintech solutions, and building long-term client relationships. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a keen interest in sales, digital marketing, and financial technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Business Development & Lead Generation:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, online research, and outreach activities across digital marketing and fintech domains.
· Sales & Service Promotion (Digital + Fintech):
Promote and sell digital marketing services such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Website Development, and Content Marketing, along with fintech-related solutions such as payment gateways, financial products, or digital financial services.
· Client Requirement Analysis:
Understand client business needs, financial workflows, and growth objectives to recommend customized digital marketing and fintech solutions.
· Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement, satisfaction, and repeat business
· Target Achievement:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across both digital marketing and fintech verticals.
· Proposal & Presentation Delivery:
Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and quotations for both service categories.
· CRM & Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
· Market Research & Analysis:
Stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and developments in digital marketing and fintech industries.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
· Freshers are welcome; candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales/business development preferred
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Basic understanding of digital marketing and/or fintech solutions
· Target-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn
· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
· Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
Working Days & Timings
· Monday to Friday: 9:30 A.M. to 6:30 P.M.
· Alternate Saturdays: 9:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
