Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive bulk order sales and subscription-based meal box services for our cloud kitchen. The role requires a proactive individual with strong on-ground sales experience and the ability to build and maintain corporate and institutional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate bulk order leads from corporates, offices, events, and institutions
- Drive sales for daily/weekly/monthly meal subscription plans
- Conduct field visits to acquire new clients and expand the customer base
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients
- Coordinate with internal kitchen and operations teams for seamless execution
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales/business development (F&B preferred)
- Strong network in corporate or institutional sales is an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with on-ground sales
- Basic understanding of food delivery and subscription models
Compensation:
- Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
