Job Title: Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the digital marketing domain. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a basic understanding of websites, SEO, and digital marketing services, along with the ability to generate and convert leads.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, etc.)
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries and convert leads into clients
- Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their business needs
- Present digital marketing services including website development, SEO, and online marketing solutions
- Prepare proposals, pitches, and client presentations
- Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and sales pipeline
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales in a digital marketing/IT company
- Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
- Good understanding of websites, SEO, and digital marketing concepts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience with lead generation tools
- Basic knowledge of Websites, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and Content Marketing
- Familiarity with proposal writing and client pitching
