#NPrep is Hiring : BDE / BDM (Field Sales)
We are looking for passionate, energetic, and target-driven professionals to join our growing Field Sales team. If you enjoy meeting people, driving business growth, and working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospect colleges, coaching centres & student communities
* Conduct demos, events, and micro-seminars to drive subscriptions
* Own the complete sales cycle: Prospect → Pitch → Close → Nurture
* Maintain daily CRM / MIS updates and achieve weekly revenue targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable with travel and managing a regional sales territory
- Confident in public interaction and presentations
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi & local language
- Interest in healthcare or ed-tech industry
- Prior B2C / Field Sales experience preferred
- Prior ed-tech experience or nursing/medical industry experience is a plus
