About the Role
As a Learning Consultant, you will:
- Drive learner enrollments for AEC-focused upskilling programs (Architecture,
- Engineering, Construction)
- Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and social channels
- Understand learner backgrounds, career goals, and aspirations to recommend the
- right programs
- Deliver personalized, consultative sales pitches tailored to different learner personas
- Work on a mix of high-intent leads and outbound outreach
- Own the complete sales journey from first interaction to enrollment
- Provide accurate insights on program structure, outcomes, and career pathways
- Build strong relationships and ensure a seamless learner experience
- Consistently achieve closure-driven targets in a fast-paced environment
Role Highlights

- Compensation range: ₹8-13 LPA (including incentives)
- Incentive earning potential: ₹30K-₹1L+ per month for strong performers
- Top performers can earn ₹1.5L/month+
- The majority of the team consistently meets performance benchmarks

- 1–5 years in B2C sales (high-ticket preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build trust with prospects

Work Details
- Place & Mode: Gurgaon | WFO
- Days: 5 days + alternate Saturdays
- Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM
