Role Description
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive who will support NomadLabs
business growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging prospects, and building a
strong sales pipeline across international regions.
This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants exposure to global
B2B markets and IT services sales.
Key Responsiblities:
- Identify and generate new business leads in South Africa, Europe, MENA, India, and Asian markets.
- Build targeted prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.
- Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers
- Research industries, competitors, and potential client needs
- Maintain and update lead data regularly
- Support proposal follow-ups and sales pipeline tracking
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in business development/sales
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
