Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive – SaaS Sales, based in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, pitching solutions, and managing key accounts. The individual will work closely with prospective clients to understand their needs, convey the value of NoBrokerHood’s solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets. Additionally, collaboration with cross-functional teams to strategize and optimize sales processes is expected.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
- Lead generation through prospecting, referrals, and online research.
- Interest in Business Development (B2C/B2B) for software application products/solutions.
- Conduct meetings with prospective clients, deliver effective product demonstrations, and highlight key
product features and benefits.
- Experience selling Hardware / IoT devices is a plus.
- Exchange with apartment committee members, accounting service partners, and builders to understand business scope and expectations.
- Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for sales opportunities and lead conversions.
