Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Hyderabad. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including onboarding property owners, tenants, and partners to the NoBroker platform. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via calls, meetings, and presentations, and clearly communicating the value proposition of NoBroker’s products and services. The role involves managing and nurturing client accounts, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, and maintaining long-term relationships to drive repeat and referral business. The Business Development Executive will work closely with internal teams to provide market feedback, meet sales targets, and contribute to local growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert prospects.
- Strong Business acumen and understanding of sales cycles, market dynamics, and revenue-focused activities.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in Account Management, with a focus on relationship-building, client retention, and upselling or cross-selling services.
- Preferred experience in real estate, PropTech, or related service industries.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, high-growth environment and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic MS Office or Google Workspace applications.
