We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive
(REMOTE | India)
We’re looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can help us drive enrollments
and guide learners toward the right programs on our fast-growing upskilling platform.
About the job
Experience: 1.5–3 years
Salary: Competitive fixed + incentives (based on experience)
Expected Notice Period: Within 7–15 days preferred
Shift: 12pm–8pm (IST)

What you’ll do
- Connect with prospective learners via calls
- Conduct course demos and guide them to the right program.
- Manage follow-ups and close enrollments
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain lead records and update CRM regularly
- Build strong relationships with learners throughout the sales journey
What we’re looking for
- 1.5–3 years experience in B2C EdTech sales
- Strong Hindi & English communication skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Confidence in handling customer objections and closing sales
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented mindset
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Previous experience in online courses or training sales
