About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and promoting our products and services to new and existing clients
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
- Conduct meetings, product demos, and negotiations to close sales deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and solution delivery.
- Should achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM software.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance company visibility.
- Prepare necessary Presentations, content for brochures, social media posts and manuals for demo or marketing.
- Field visit for demo, training to clients in entire India.
- Manage entire Digital Marketing platforms, Business Directories and day to day Lead generation.
- Daily study/collect tenders, shortlisting, study scope, prepare necessary documents, annexures, apply online / offline portals, follow up, pre bid, demonstrations,queries and confirm deals.
- Support and conduct interviews and manage the sales team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations (IT/software industry preferred).
- Strong communication [English, Hindi, Gujarati] negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

- Experience in ERP, CRM, or software solutions sales.
- Existing network in corporate or institutional markets.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
