Job Vacancy: Business Development Executive (B2B SaaS)

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to drive our B2B sales initiatives. This role involves a strategic mix of inside sales and active field sales. You will be the face of our company, directly engaging with travel agencies and logistics operators to pitch our software products, close deals, and build lasting business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Lead Generation
Identify and generate new business opportunities among bus operators, travel agencies, and logistics companies.
Proactively reach out to prospects via cold calls, scheduled meetings, and direct field visits.
Build, manage, and accelerate a strong sales pipeline to convert leads into active customers.
2. Client Acquisition & Product Pitching
Pitch our flagship ETIM machines and SaaS products (online ticketing systems, booking engines).
Conduct highly effective product demonstrations to explain technical benefits in simple terms.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and successfully onboard new clients.
3. Relationship Management
Cultivate and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with acquired clients.
Address client queries promptly to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
Identify opportunities to upsell additional software features and premium services.
4. Market Research & Strategy
Analyze competitor activities and emerging market trends within the travel tech space.
Identify untapped regional markets and actively propose expansion opportunities.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate closely with internal product, tech, and customer support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Ensure the seamless implementation of our SaaS solutions for the clients.
Required Skills & Competencies
Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Communication: Clear and effective communication skills in English, plus fluency in the regional language.
Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of the SaaS, IT, Fintech, or Travel industry landscape.
Drive: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven B2B sales environment.
Mobility: Readiness for daily field sales and travel within the assigned city/region.
