Role OverviewWe are hiring a Business Development Executive for a hybrid role based in Ahmedabad. This role focuses on identifying business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building meaningful client relationships.
You will play a key role in driving growth by researching prospects, initiating conversations, and supporting the development of a strong sales pipeline.
What This Role Really Requires
This is not a routine outreach role.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and company-level research to identify potential opportunities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound and research-driven efforts
- Initiate and manage communication with potential clients
- Maintain and update lead tracking systems with accuracy
- Execute follow-ups and nurture prospect relationships
- Support strategic initiatives to build and grow the sales pipeline
- Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach with business goals
Required Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation roles
- Prior exposure to IT services, software, SaaS, or digital product businesses
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Ability to research companies, decision-makers, and business context
- Strong written and spoken English
- Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and structured tracking
- Ability to manage time and execute daily/weekly plans effectively
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Tools & Working Style- Comfortable working with outreach tools, email communication, and research platforms
- Ability to maintain structured trackers and follow-up systems
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and within a team
- Curious mindset with a willingness to learn about technology and products
