Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and nurturing prospective clients in the pharmaceutical and chemical sectors. The Business Development Executive will manage and grow accounts, maintain regular communication with stakeholders, and collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs. Daily activities include market research, outreach via calls, emails, and digital channels, preparing proposals, and tracking performance against business development targets. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM tools and providing periodic reports on pipeline status and revenue projections.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess solid Account Management and Business relationship skills to retain clients and expand existing partnerships.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation abilities, and stakeholder engagement.
- Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in B2B or B2C environments.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field are preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office or similar productivity software, and comfort working independently in a remote environment is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a customer-focused mindset are highly valued.
