Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in the Pune Division. The individual will focus on generating leads, developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and building strong professional relationships. The role requires collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to identify business needs, craft customized solutions, and meet sales targets. Additionally, the Business Development Executive will assist with strategic planning to uncover growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong understanding of Business strategies and expertise in Account Management
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and achieve sales targets
- Prior experience in digital transformation services or cloud solutions is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and familiarity with market research techniques
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
