Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, based in Pune Division, for a Business Development Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts to ensure client satisfaction. You will collaborate with teams to create strategies that drive growth and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to explore and secure business opportunities
- Proficiency in Business strategy and Account Management to nurture client relationships and support long-term growth
- Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Analytical and strategic mindset with an ability to identify market trends and craft actionable plans
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the technology or AI sector is a plus
