Role Overview
We are looking for a B2B Business Development Executive who can independently generate leads, build strong relationships with decision-makers, close deals, and ensure long-term client success. This role demands both hunting (new business development) and farming (account management).
Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential B2B clients across industries (IT, BPO, e-commerce, manufacturing, etc.)
- Use LinkedIn, cold email, calls, networking, and events to build pipeline.
Sales & Closing
- Conduct discovery calls and pitch our DaaS solutions tailored to client needs.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Account Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring renewals and upsells.
- Act as the point of contact for escalations and queries.
- Work closely with ops & support teams to deliver great client experience.
Reporting & Strategy
- Maintain CRM entries for leads and deals.
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in IT hardware, SaaS, rentals, or managed services).
- Strong understanding of consultative selling.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and client-facing discussions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
