We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive
Location: Nerul, Navi Mumbai
Nexmove Solutions is looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client network and drive growth for IT, Software Development, Website Development, and Digital Marketing services.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and online research
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients
- Conduct client meetings, virtual presentations, and requirement-gathering sessions
- Understand client business challenges and recommend suitable IT & Digital Marketing solutions
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales reports
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams for project understanding and execution
- Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipelines, and sales activities in CRM/Excel
- Develop strategies to improve sales performance and business growth
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry demands
- Represent the company professionally during meetings, networking events, and client interactions
- Handle follow-ups, renewals, upselling, and client retention activities
- Contribute ideas for improving lead generation and conversion processes
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in IT Services, Software, or Digital Marketing industry preferred
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Strong understanding of client handling and relationship management
