We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive who can manage a high volume of outbound and inbound calls . The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong persuasion ability, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting and tracking sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Make 600–700 calls per week to potential and existing customers
Generate leads, follow up, and convert prospects into customers
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate product/service information
Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM/Excel
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using Excel
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, reporting)
Good negotiation and persuasion skills
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
Prior experience in inside sales/telecalling is a plus
