Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to manage merchant acquisition and relationships. The role involves client interaction, KYC handling, pricing negotiations, contract closure, and ongoing merchant engagement using CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their business needs
Handle end-to-end merchant onboarding , including KYC documentation and verification
Conduct pricing discussions and negotiations with merchants and acquirers
Coordinate and manage relationships with acquiring partners
Ensure timely contract execution and documentation
Maintain and update client and merchant records in CRM
Perform regular follow-ups with merchants to drive activation and retention
Act as a point of contact for merchants for pricing, onboarding, and operational queries
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in B2B sales , merchant acquiring, or fintech sales (preferred)
Understanding of KYC processes and compliance requirements
Ability to negotiate pricing and close deals effectively
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Good organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in payments, fintech, or banking sales
Familiarity with acquirers, payment gateways, or merchant services
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
