Job Title: Market Research & Lead Generation Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and research-driven Market Research & Lead Generation Executive to support our IT Services and Product Engineering business. The ideal candidate should have strong LinkedIn and web research skills, with the ability to identify and qualify high-quality leads in the US market.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and research US-based product companies across multiple industries
• Target key decision-makers such as Founder, CTO, VP Engineering, and Product Head
• Use research tools to segment companies based on geography, industry, and growth stage
• Understand tech stacks and identify startup growth signals
• Validate email addresses and LinkedIn profiles for outreach readiness
• Maintain clean, structured, and CRM-ready data
• Support inside sales and outbound campaigns with high-quality lead data
• Regularly update and manage lead databases using Excel/Google Sheets
Requirements:
• 1–4 years of experience in Lead Generation, Market Research, or IT Services research
• Strong LinkedIn and web research expertise
• Familiarity with tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Crunchbase (preferred)
• Good understanding of IT Services / Product Engineering business model
• Ability to interpret tech stacks and company growth indicators
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Good written English and communication skills
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
