Job Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Fresher B2B Sales Associate to join our growing team. This is a direct sales role, ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, business development, and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new B2B leads
- Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings
- Pitch company services (IT services / training solutions)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Close deals and achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Requirements:
- Any graduate (MBA is a plus, not mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Interest in B2B sales / direct sales
- Confident, self-driven, and target-oriented
- Chennai-based candidates only
Location Requirement (Mandatory):
- Candidate must currently be based in Chennai
- This is a work-from-office role
