Business Development Executive – Loyalty (E-commerce)

About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to expand Nector’s footprint across e-commerce and D2C brands. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for our online loyalty & retention platform.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the e-commerce ecosystem, online customer journeys, and digital retention strategies.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and generate leads across e-commerce and D2C brands
Own outbound efforts via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
Conduct discovery calls and qualify prospects
Deliver product walkthroughs focused on online loyalty, CRM, referrals & retention
Manage pipeline and update CRM regularly
Work closely with marketing to drive campaigns and inbound conversions
Support negotiation and closing in collaboration with senior team members
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the e-commerce space
Strong understanding of online customer lifecycle, retention, and performance marketing
Experience selling SaaS, CRM, or digital engagement solutions is a strong plus
Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo, Lusha, SignalHire, Zoho CRM, ZoomInfo
Strong communication, pitching, and follow-up skills
Target-driven mindset with strong execution ability
Comfortable engaging founders, marketing heads, and growth teams
