Job DescriptionNDMIT is hiring an Offline Marketing & Business Development Executive for field marketing and offline promotional activities. The candidate will be responsible for promoting institute courses, generating leads, building partnerships, and supporting admission-related activities through direct market interaction.
Roles & Responsibilities- Conduct field visits and offline promotional activities in assigned areas
- Promote NDMIT courses and training programs to students and parents
- Generate leads through local marketing and direct interaction
- Build partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching centres, and local businesses
- Support admission counselling and student engagement activities
- Represent NDMIT professionally during campaigns, seminars, and promotional events
- Explain institute services and courses confidently to potential students
- Share regular updates and market feedback with the management team
Candidate Requirements- Prior experience in educational institutes, admission counselling, offline marketing, or business development
- Candidate should preferably belong to Delhi, especially East Delhi
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Basic to medium-level English communication skills required
- Good communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with field work, local promotions, and travelling within assigned locations
- Confident in giving self-introduction and explaining services to clients/students
Preferred Skills- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage field activities efficiently
