Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive who is passionate about building client relationships and driving business growth.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their business requirements, and presenting suitable IT services and software development solutions.
This role requires strong communication skills, professional client handling, and the ability to convert opportunities into business partnerships.
The ideal candidate should be confident in interacting with decision-makers and capable of managing the early stages of the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other online platforms.
Identify and connect with potential clients to introduce the company’s IT services and software development solutions.
Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and identify genuine project opportunities.
Schedule meetings or consultations with senior consultants or technical teams.
Maintain accurate records of client communication, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM tools.
Prepare requirement summaries and support proposal discussions with clients.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to support repeat business.
Coordinate internally with technical teams to ensure smooth and accurate client communication.
Who Should Apply

Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, cold calling, or client communication.
Individuals comfortable speaking with professionals and business decision-makers.

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
