Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Haldwani. The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, including individual travelers, corporate clients, and partners such as hotels, venues, and travel agents. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads through calls, meetings, social platforms, and referrals; presenting and pitching MyParyataka’s travel solutions; and preparing proposals and quotations tailored to client needs. The role involves managing and growing key accounts, maintaining regular follow-up, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business. The executive will collaborate closely with operations and marketing teams to design attractive packages, track sales performance, and contribute ideas to improve revenue and market presence.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Solid understanding of Business and Account Management, including client relationship building, negotiation, and revenue growth.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present travel solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Prior experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or related service industries is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Haldwani, manage field visits, and meet clients in person as needed.
- Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms to track leads and sales activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales and business development.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
