Role Description
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, developing strategic sales plans, prospecting for potential customers, and conducting presentations and negotiations to close deals. You will also work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and growth. This full-time, on-site role is based in Patna.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and cultivate revenue opportunities.
- Strong skills in Business and Account Management for building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and negotiate effectively.
- Proven ability to conduct market research and strategic planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in sales or business development roles is highly desirable.
- Self-motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
