Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead our expansion efforts in the US region for our company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in lead generation, cold calling, and mass mailing, along with a proven track record of driving business growth through effective sales strategies. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our company’s success by building and nurturing client relationships while achieving ambitious revenue targets
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Strategy:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging trends within the outsourcing industry in the US.
• Develop a comprehensive business development strategy and plan aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
2. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
• Identify and qualify potential leads within the target market using advanced lead generation techniques.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads through online research, networking events, referrals, and other channels.
3. Cold Calling & Communication:
• Execute effective cold calling campaigns to introduce our services to potential clients.
• Develop persuasive sales pitches and presentations tailored to client needs.
4. Mass Mailing Campaigns:
• Design and manage targeted mass mailing campaigns to engage prospects and nurture leads
• Create compelling email content and collateral to capture attention and promote services.
5. Negotiation & Sales Closure:
• Work on follow-ups to close deals and secure new business contracts. • Develop pricing proposals and contracts that balance client expectations with company profitability.
6. Collaboration & Reporting:
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and senior management) to align business development efforts with company objectives. • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, and achieved targets.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in Internation Sales, preferably with international clients (US/Australia).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of sales processes and lead generation strategies.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (basic) for reporting and data management.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
