Business Development Executive
Location: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (On-site)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Executive to join our team in Lucknow. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting clients, understanding their business requirements, presenting our products and services, and building long-term client relationships. If you enjoy interacting with people, solving business challenges, and driving sales, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit client locations to understand their business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Present and explain the company's products and services.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services based on client needs.
- Respond to client queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Follow up with clients regarding proposals, negotiations, and business opportunities.
- Maintain records of client interactions, meetings, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, or a similar role. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel within Lucknow for client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred.
