Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ranchi for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, managing accounts, and contributing to overall business growth. The candidate will be expected to engage with potential clients, collaborate with internal teams, and strategize to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong background in Business and Account Management
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the digital or IT services industry is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment
