Business Development Executive (BDE)
LOCATION: Vasanth Nagar, Bengaluru
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time
SALARY: ₹40,000 per month + Travel Allowance
NOTE: Candidates must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and hold a valid driving license
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our network of Bulk Waste pick-up points across Bengaluru Central & West zones. This is a field-driven, target-oriented role where you will represent our company on ground, identify potential partners, and convert them onto our platform.
You will play a critical role in driving growth and strengthening our operational footprint.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and visit potential Bulk Waste pick-up point locations in assigned wards
- Present and pitch the platform’s value proposition to business owners and decision-makers
- Drive end-to-end onboarding of partners, including documentation and registration
- Maintain daily reports of field visits, leads generated, and successful conversions
- Achieve weekly and monthly onboarding targets
- Coordinate with internal operations and support teams to resolve partner issues
- Provide structured field feedback to improve market penetration and strategy
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with onboarded partners
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Graduate in BBA, B.Com, MBA, or any business/management-related discipline
- 2 years of experience in field sales or business development preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work
- Ability to work independently and manage daily reporting
- Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license
- Comfortable using smartphone applications and CRM tools
