Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru East. The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, and conduct outreach through calls, meetings, networking events, and digital channels. The role includes nurturing leads, preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and collaborating with the design and project teams to align client requirements with studio capabilities. The Executive will maintain and grow key client accounts, track market trends in interior design and related services, and provide regular reports and forecasts to leadership. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate CRM records, supporting marketing initiatives, and representing Modern Elegance Studio in a professional, client-focused manner.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with experience building and managing a qualified sales pipeline.
- Strong Business and Account Management skills, including negotiating, closing deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present services and solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in interiors, architecture, real estate, or related design-driven industries is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort using CRM tools, basic productivity software, and online research to support sales activities.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru East, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
