We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team.

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and cold emailing
• Client acquisition and relationship management
• Lead generation, data mining, and database management
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth communication
• Identify potential clients and maintain sales pipelines
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities
🔹 Required Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of IT services and AI technologies
• Experience with lead generation and client handling
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Startup mindset with willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership
• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, CRM tools, and email communication is a plus
