About MOCHSHA
MOCHSHA is a digital marketplace that connects clients with musicians, sound/light/rental vendors, and music teachers. Our mission is to build a more transparent, reliable, and structured ecosystem for music bookings and learning.
Role Summary
We are looking for a driven and people-oriented Business Development Executive to help expand the MOCHSHA ecosystem in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard musicians, sound vendors, light vendors, and rental partners onto the platform
- Generate client leads for live music bookings across multiple segments
- Manage marketplace supply and demand efficiently
- Support partnerships, collaborations, and growth initiatives
- Facilitate connections between music teachers and students
- Assist with social media activities, content support, and audience engagement
- Maintain accurate daily activity and work-hour logs
- Submit structured reports on activities, progress, and outcomes
Requirements
Qualification
Experience
- Marketing internship or equivalent experience preferred
Gender
Location
- Preference for candidates based in Chennai
Languages
- English and Tamil are mandatory
- Additional languages are a plus
Transportation
- Two-wheeler required for field visits
Work DetailsSchedule
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday work may be required occasionally and will be compensated with time off
Work Mode
- Hybrid role
- Includes work from home within Chennai and field work for official activities
