JOB SUMMARY:
MO DESIGNS is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development
Executive to onboard new clients and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and converting
opportunities into long-term partnerships aligned with the company’s design services.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong background in Business development and Account Management
- Effective Communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Prior experience in the home fashion or interior design industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated professional with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new leads through various channels (calls, emails, networking, field visits)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve targets
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending sales
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support)
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–4 years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport and influence customers
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
