Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented *Business Development Executive* to join our on-site team in Kolkata. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base through effective communication, strategic planning, and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement discussions
- Understand client needs and propose suitable web development and digital solutions
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Sales
- Strong business communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in account management and client relationship management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Result-driven mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of web development, websites, e-commerce, or digital marketing is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
