Hiring: Business Development Executive (IT)
Location:
We’re looking for a Business Development Executive (IT) who can drive client acquisition, understand business needs, and collaborate closely with our tech team to deliver impactful solutions.
🔹 What You’ll Do
Identify and generate leads for IT services / digital products
Connect with clients, understand their requirements, and propose solutions
Act as a bridge between clients and the development team
Translate client needs into clear tasks and coordinate with developers
Assist in managing workflows using Jira (tasks, follow-ups, coordination)
Participate in client meetings, demos, and presentations
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure project satisfaction
Support deal closure and post-sales coordination
🔹 What We’re Looking For
🎓 Graduate in Computer Science / IT or related field
💼 6 months – 1 year experience in Business Development / IT Sales
Basic understanding of Jira and Agile workflows (preferred)
Good knowledge of IT services, APIs, databases, and development flow
Strong communication, negotiation & client-handling skills
Ability to understand and explain technical solutions
🔹 Bonus Points
Experience in IT services / SaaS sales
Exposure to tools like CRM, Confluence, or Trello
Basic understanding of SQL / APIs
Experience in lead generation, pitching & closing deals
