Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join Meolaa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a great in-store or online shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in identifying their needs and recommend suitable products
Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue
Maintain a positive and engaging customer experience
Handle billing, payments, and product inquiries
Ensure proper display and organization of products
Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions
Build strong relationships with customers for repeat business
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible to work shifts, weekends if required
Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
Preferred Skills:
Prior retail or sales experience is an advantage
