Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to support our training and skill development initiatives. The role involves field-level engagement, building strong relationships with government officials and educational institutions, and driving candidate mobilization for various training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with government departments, officials, and agencies for training collaborations and project opportunities
- Visit and build relationships with colleges, institutions, and training centers for student mobilization
- Conduct field visits, presentations, and awareness sessions about training programs
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of mobilization activities
- Maintain regular follow-ups with stakeholders to convert opportunities into enrollments/projects
- Support in organizing seminars, workshops, and outreach activities
- Track and report daily field activities, leads, and conversions
- Ensure achievement of mobilization and business targets
Required skills and qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
- 1–3 years of experience in business development / field sales / mobilization (preferred in training/education sector)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai and nearby regions
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
