✅ About the Sales role
- Understanding customer needs and assisting them with the requested queries
- Support & provide customer service via calls and close sale
- Close orders and complete monthly sales target
- Working on the assigned leads in CRM
✅ What are we looking for in a candidate?
1. Great verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English languages. ✍️ 🗣
2. High energy, and motivation ⚡️
3. Great convincing skills 🎯
4. Minimum 6 months prior full-time experience in Calling/Chat Sales
5. Prior experience in B2C Sales is a ➕
6. Prior experience in EdTech sales is a ➕
