Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Jaipur. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role includes conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with business goals. The individual will also be required to represent Megan Furniture at client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships
- Market research and analytical skills to identify industry trends and opportunities
- Proficiency in preparing professional sales proposals and presentations
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and effectively manage in-person client interactions
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in the furniture or corporate interior design industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
