Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and managing existing accounts. The Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and develop tailored solutions, while also actively contributing to revenue growth and market expansion. This role requires strategic thinking, regular communication with stakeholders, and a focus on achieving business development goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong capabilities in Account Management and client retention strategies
- Exceptional Business acumen combined with strategic thinking
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct competitive analysis and identify market opportunities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM and other sales tools will be advantageous
