Role Overview
We are looking for a highly connected Business Development Executive with extensive field experience in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong network of doctors, clinic owners, and healthcare professionals, gained through years of personally visiting clinics and building long-term relationships.
This role requires daily field visits to clinics, meeting doctors face-to-face, understanding their practice needs, and promoting our Patient Management Software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit clinics, medical centers, and polyclinics on a daily basis to generate new business opportunities.
- Leverage existing relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals to introduce and promote Medycn Prime solutions.
- Build and maintain strong personal relationships with doctors, clinic owners, and decision-makers.
- Conduct software presentations and product demonstrations.
- Generate leads through direct field visits, referrals, networking, and professional contacts.
- Understand clinic workflows and identify opportunities for software adoption.
- Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to management.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative, Pharmaceutical Sales Executive, Healthcare Sales Executive, or Medical Software Sales Professional.
- Proven experience in visiting clinics and meeting doctors on a daily basis.
- Strong personal network of doctors, clinic owners, and healthcare professionals.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
- Demonstrated ability to generate business through field sales and personal contacts.
- Self-driven, energetic, and comfortable with extensive travel within the assigned territory.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Preferred Profile
- Former Medical Representative with an established doctor network.
- Experience selling healthcare technology, medical software, or healthcare services.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking tools.
