Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Nagpur, and remote roles in Pune, Mumbai and Bangalore for Business Development Executives. The Executive will focus on identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities include managing accounts, collaborating with teams to drive sales strategies, and expanding the company’s market reach. The role requires active involvement in understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions to foster growth and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Graduates (Engineering or equivalent), Post-graduates and preferably MBA in Marketing
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Account Management and nurturing client relationships
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal abilities
- Understanding of business strategies and market dynamics
- Self-motivated with a solutions-driven approach
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in the healthcare or ERP industry is a strong advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
